16:43, monday afternoon - on a chocolate low...

Despite a big fat zero chocolate intake by yours truly it appears that Cadbury's shares have risen - thus disproving any correlation between my daily (except today) intake of the unhealthy stuff and profits of aforementioned company!

I am thinking that at this rate I shall have achieved zero waist by the end of the week! so I'm shortly off to the local shop in search of environmentally wrapped, fairly traded, products.

Sara the self confessed (and now slightly depressed) chocaholic.

Oh Sarah, despair not; there is plenty of zero waste chocolate to be had (although not much zero waist).

What you will have to do, in the name of the environment of course, is buy a big 100g bar of chocolate, because this comes in paper and foil - both of which can be recycled.

There are a few smaller bars too, such as munchies, rolos and medium and large toblerone. But if you want fair trade or organic, it's better to stick to the large bars. Unless you have a Co-op in your area - all of their choccies are fair trade.

Enjoy!
